RECAP: MET GALA 2014
2:52 PMOne of THE most important fashion events of the year happened this past weekend in New York: The Met Gala. Each year, the ball kicks off the Metropolitan Museum of Art's yearly Costume Institute exhibit and only the most stylish are granted a coveted invitation to the event. This year's theme honored the late twentieth-century Anglo-American couturier, Charles James, entitled: Beyond Fashion. James is most known for his revolutionary, sculpturally inspired ball gowns with innovative tailoring.
